Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support with a natural talent for solving complex technical problems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and a comfort level working with AI-powered support tools or chatbots.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an interpersonal mindset that puts the customer first.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
  • Bonus Points For Experience with Payroll, AP / Accounts Payable, and HR functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Construction Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Vista, ERP systems, or basic SQL exposure.
  • A reputation for being the "go-to" person for technical troubleshooting in previous roles.
