About the role
- Spearhead the intake and validation of partner invoices and consultant timesheets, ensuring every submission aligns perfectly with project milestones.
- Act as a strategic problem-solver by identifying and resolving discrepancies, collaborating directly with Project Managers to keep financial cycles moving.
- Champion process integrity by performing critical compliance spot checks and reinforcing high-standard operational workflows and billing standards across the organization.
- Drive data transparency within our project management systems, maintaining real-time visibility into submission statuses and processing progress.
- Empower our global network by providing vital coordination support for partner onboarding and training, and contributing to high-level operational initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience mastering project coordination, professional services operations, or partner/vendor management.
- Exceptional organizational prowess with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proven ability to navigate deadline-driven environments while managing multiple high-priority operational tasks.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to build professional, effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Educational background consisting of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a business-related field.
