  • Execute a Dual Sales Strategy: Balance your expertise between identifying high-potential new prospects and nurturing an existing portfolio to ensure 100% retention and growth.
  • Pioneer New Partnerships: Prospect and close net new business opportunities with carriers, freight forwarders and Logistics service providers (LSP) to expand Trimble’s footprint in the Italian market.
  • Drive Portfolio Value: Act as a strategic advisor to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new features that solve evolving logistics challenges.
  • Master Complex Negotiations: Lead high-stakes contract discussions with C-level executives, ensuring win-win outcomes for both new acquisitions and long-term renewals.
  • Influence Product Adoption: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your customers are fully onboarded and getting the maximum ROI from our web-based SaaS solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within the SaaS or logistics industry.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain trust with senior-level executives and decision-makers over a long-term sales cycle.
  • Native Italian and proficient English language skills (at least C1) are essential for navigating local and global stakeholders.
