About the role

  • Spearhead the end-to-end integration of new carriers onto our Transporium platform, from account setup to comprehensive user training.
  • Serve as the dedicated Carrier Onboarding Specialist, expertly managing your project deliverables within larger customer accounts.
  • Drive business continuity by providing essential technical support and maintaining well-organized ticketing queues and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project specifications and successful system launches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a direct customer-facing role, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to provide detailed reporting and documentation.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, for conducting business with global colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, ensuring coverage between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time M-F.
  • Bonus Points For Direct background in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience with a ticketing system and managing multiple queues.
  • Familiarity with the Transporeon product suite or similar industry software.
