About the role
- Define and articulate the bold product strategy and roadmap for AI, BI, and Analytics features within the Civil Operations portfolio.
- Drive the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and predictive analytics tools that optimize massive civil operations.
- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated BI dashboards that translate complex project data into actionable, real-time insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to seamlessly integrate new digital capabilities across our entire platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading software products, specifically within the construction, civil engineering, or enterprise tech sectors.
- Strong technical foundation in AI, Machine Learning, and advanced data analytics.
- Expert at navigating Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and crafting compelling data visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Business field.
