About the role
- Analyze transportation costs and extra charges to ensure all freight data is correct.
- Review and study new rate books to keep our global shipping information up to date.
- Create, test, and approve digital agreements within our specialized systems.
- Use the Transporeon web platform to communicate with customers and solve rate issues.
- Work closely with different international teams to answer questions about shipping agreements.
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and handle several tasks at once.
- A proactive attitude toward solving problems.
- Previous experience using Jira software.
- General knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
