About the role
- Drive sales targets and expanding our customer base in your territory
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and pursue revenue opportunities
- Explore and develop new market opportunities
- Network with related businesses
- Work closely with our pre-sales team to execute plans to land new customers
- Remain current on industry trends and market activities
- Represent Trimble at industry events
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business or related field
- Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering.
- Experience supporting a sales strategy based on customer feedback and the market environment
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse backgrounds
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access is required
