About the role
- You'll become a member of the Global Trimble Revenue Strategy Channel Team covering America’s Architecture, Engineering and Construction Markets.
- Grow the channel pipeline via implementing a rock solid distribution framework.
- Create a structure and programs that best support the revenue growth plan through distributors and Key resellers.
- Develop and assess channel frameworks and partner performance.
- Implement compliance processes to manage partner status in Americas.
- Transform distribution models for efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in setting partner targets and configurations.
- Support adoption of tools for business planning and forecasting.
- Align distribution programs with regional sales strategies.
- Create documentation for new programs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software distribution, with at least 2 years in distribution sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement distribution transformations.
- Expertise in sales distribution management, including understanding of ARR/ACV, rebates, and incentives for various product volumes.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g., DOMO) and spreadsheets for data analysis and trend identification.
- Strong skills in project management, negotiation, and influence.
- Proven experience in developing and managing partner program frameworks in vendor or distributor settings.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
