About the role

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients.
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of our SaaS solutions to prospective customers.
  • Negotiating and closing complex sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer success.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecasting future revenue.

Requirements

  • A proven track record and at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically with complex solutions in logistics or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to hunt for and acquire new customers.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
