About the role
- Drive the sales of Trimble Protection Plans (TPP) through channel partners
- Establish and maintain value-based relationships with distributor principals and key staff
- Leverage experience to strategically grow recurring revenue business
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for TPP
- Deliver training and coaching to Distributor Principals and key staff
- Manage overall sales performance improvement of assigned Distributors
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management on market trends
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales and account management experience
- Extensive knowledge of channel distribution sales and multi-tier re-seller business models
- Strong understanding of value-based consultative and solutions-based sales methodologies
- Experience in developing a regional-wide sales channel network
- Comfort working in a recurring revenue, subscription-driven business
