About the role

  • Responsible for leading a sales team that will sell the AECO portfolio to Mid Market GC’s on the West Coast
  • Meets or exceeds sales quota in a territory by developing, increasing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Explore and develop new market opportunities
  • Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships
  • Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute plans to land new customers
  • Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Represent Trimble at industry events and build value-added relationships with customers, industry associations, and technology partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience with consistent delivery of revenue based targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business or related field
  • Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment
  • Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse background, including executive and C-level
  • Ability to travel, a valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access is required
