About the role

  • Execute initiatives to drive Trimble’s hiring goals for early career, intern and rotational programs globally
  • Work with colleges, universities, and partners to cultivate long-term relationships in an effort to lead campus recruiting events
  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building our talent pipeline
  • Screen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, and drive selection process
  • Maintain long-term, positive candidate and university partner relationships
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help continue to grow, refine and scale our global early career strategy
  • Contribute to elevate our Trimble brand though online platforms and on campus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 0-2 years of related work experience preferably in HR/Recruiting
  • Strong communication, public speaking and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for early talent development
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to influence internal customers
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Simplicity, Workday and Eightfold Career Connection
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience executing events and employer branding specific to early careers
