About the role
- Execute initiatives to drive Trimble’s hiring goals for early career, intern and rotational programs globally
- Work with colleges, universities, and partners to cultivate long-term relationships in an effort to lead campus recruiting events
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building our talent pipeline
- Screen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, and drive selection process
- Maintain long-term, positive candidate and university partner relationships
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help continue to grow, refine and scale our global early career strategy
- Contribute to elevate our Trimble brand though online platforms and on campus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 0-2 years of related work experience preferably in HR/Recruiting
- Strong communication, public speaking and relationship-building skills
- Passion for early talent development
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to influence internal customers
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Simplicity, Workday and Eightfold Career Connection
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience executing events and employer branding specific to early careers
