• Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database
• Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system
• Make recommendations to team leadership for improvements to data validation processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate customer information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to team leadership
• Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
• Work to get appropriate approvals to process basic account merges
• Assist with testing for system enhancement projects
