About the role

  • Lead Regional Sales Excellence as the Senior Sales Director for European Shipper Markets.
  • Ignite sales performance and shape the future of logistics across Europe and Turkey.
  • Drive exceptional sales efficacy, meeting and exceeding targets for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ARR bookings.
  • Strategically build and optimize your sales team, aligning with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure effective resourcing and market penetration.
  • Inspire and lead your European sales organization to execute the GTM plan, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and maintain crucial customer relationships, providing essential support to resolve issues and enable team success.
  • Implement and champion best practices for sales management, including business planning, forecasting, and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in top management roles with similar accountabilities and scope.
  • Proven track record of driving >20% YoY ARR growth in a highly competitive market.
  • P&L responsibilities.
  • 10+ years of experience as a leader and manager of sales teams with local presence in Europe.
  • 10+ years selling complex solutions to international and regional “shippers” with Buying Centers in Europe.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
