About the role

  • Technical customer support: Providing a wide range of assistance to our customers by phone, through digital channels, and on-site when required
  • Knowledge preparation: Writing and translating support articles, product guides and technical documentation
  • Training materials: Creating, updating and translating training materials
  • Teamwork: Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and the Customer Success team
  • Product development: Actively contributing to the development of our software solutions (primarily Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect) in coordination with product development

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or an equivalent qualification/experience (e.g., draftsman/designer, structural engineer, technician, or technical systems planner)
  • Practical knowledge of structural engineering; experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and clear articulation in direct customer interactions
  • Self-motivated, proactive and service-oriented work style
  • Team player with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in dynamic situations
