About the role
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage budget, scope, and schedule for deployment of Trimble Products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase
- Establish strong relationships and conduct regular status meetings
- Collaborate with Sales team on deployment methodology, schedule, and budget
- Gather business requirements and oversee solution design, configuration, and testing
- Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams for successful delivery
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth transition for clients during go-live phase
- Offer post-delivery support to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in software delivery and project/program management
- Strong knowledge and experience in wood procurement and wood harvesting
- Deep knowledge of forest operations processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation
- Experience in forest operations related data standards
- Proficiency with project management tools and processes
- Experience in process development, training, and working in a business partner interface
- Experience in performance management and quality assurance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus and commitment to providing excellent service
- Fluent in English and German is advantageous
- Openness to travel to client sites and occasional flexibility to meet project demands outside of standard business hours
