About the role
- Leading all facets of the support team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Business)
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in software support
- At least one (1) year at the management level
- Proven success in hiring, managing, and developing a high-performing, customer-focused support team
- Demonstrated expertise in the strategic application of Generative AI/Large Language Models (LLMs)
