About the role

  • Responsible for resolving system-related issues
  • Provide telephone and Internet support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  • Provide expertise related to SQL Database Administration
  • Assist customers with Viewpoint software client/server environment
  • Document and develop issues/Knowledge Base Articles
  • Integrate AI into your workflow

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Windows Server administration
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server Database Administration
  • Experience with Azure user management, Java, Event Viewer, Salesforce
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic networking concepts
  • Experience with Virtual deployments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar)
  • Understand networking concepts such as routing, gateways, remote connectivity
  • Soft Skills such as Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferably major in computer science or related
