About the role
- Generate revenue by closing sales of assigned new business opportunities for MEP products
- Sell Stabicad Mechanical & Electrical, ProDesign, Total Estimating & Trimble Connect
- Pursue enterprise level sales opportunities
- Manage allocated Key Accounts, identifying new selling opportunities, renewing contracts, and building relationships
- Deliver software demonstrations for selected products
- Work closely with the technical pre-sales team
- Network with related businesses to foster B2B relationships
- Attend regular site meetings, customer premises, and exhibitions as required
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by Sales Management
- Log customer contact, generate quotes, and process orders using Salesforce
- Provide accurate sales forecasts on request by the Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate involvement of other teams as required
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling software solutions within the construction industry, ideally within MEP
- Skilled in understanding the value proposition of technology
- Sound understanding of technology's role in the Construction sector
- Experience in a highly competitive environment, dealing with complex tenders
- Experience using sales methodology, e.g., Challenger, and CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)
- Fluent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Motivated self-starter and team player with an ability to take ownership
- Ability and willingness to travel, at least 20%
