About the role

  • Generate revenue by closing sales of assigned new business opportunities for MEP products
  • Sell Stabicad Mechanical & Electrical, ProDesign, Total Estimating & Trimble Connect
  • Pursue enterprise level sales opportunities
  • Manage allocated Key Accounts, identifying new selling opportunities, renewing contracts, and building relationships
  • Deliver software demonstrations for selected products
  • Work closely with the technical pre-sales team
  • Network with related businesses to foster B2B relationships
  • Attend regular site meetings, customer premises, and exhibitions as required
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by Sales Management
  • Log customer contact, generate quotes, and process orders using Salesforce
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on request by the Sales Manager
  • Co-ordinate involvement of other teams as required

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling software solutions within the construction industry, ideally within MEP
  • Skilled in understanding the value proposition of technology
  • Sound understanding of technology's role in the Construction sector
  • Experience in a highly competitive environment, dealing with complex tenders
  • Experience using sales methodology, e.g., Challenger, and CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)
  • Fluent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Motivated self-starter and team player with an ability to take ownership
  • Ability and willingness to travel, at least 20%
