About the role

  • Deliver exceptional technical support and training
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Conduct in-depth research and troubleshoot problems
  • Provide high-level support for Tekla Structures and Tekla PowerFab
  • Collaborate with sales to respond to technical inquiries
  • Represent Trimble at seminars and user events

Requirements

  • 4+ years working knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g. Revit / SketchUp / Tekla / Rhino)
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering related subject
  • Good communication skills in Japanese (Native) and English (Conversational)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Some programming skills would be advantageous but not essential
