About the role
- Deliver exceptional technical support and training
- Resolve technical issues efficiently
- Conduct in-depth research and troubleshoot problems
- Provide high-level support for Tekla Structures and Tekla PowerFab
- Collaborate with sales to respond to technical inquiries
- Represent Trimble at seminars and user events
Requirements
- 4+ years working knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g. Revit / SketchUp / Tekla / Rhino)
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering related subject
- Good communication skills in Japanese (Native) and English (Conversational)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Some programming skills would be advantageous but not essential
