About the role
- Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise-level software installations, upgrades, and migrations for our customers.
- Spearhead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from developing plans and managing budgets to coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage project dependencies, and devise contingency plans to ensure successful project completion.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project and beyond.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and elicit cooperation from diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical competency with Google Product Suite, Salesforce/Kantata and Smartsheet.
- Bonus Points For PMP certification.
- Experience with Salesforce / Kantata.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level ERP or accounting systems.
- Knowledge of asset maintenance or transportation industries.
