About the role
- Developing innovative platform services for the transportation domain at Trimble
- Contributing to the architecture, design, and development of platform services
- Taking comprehensive responsibility for service development, testing, deployment, operations and maintenance
- Collaborating with globally distributed teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience in developing services in Java, Spring, Spring boot using maven/gradle
- Experience developing in event driven architecture
- Experience developing cloud agnostic and cloud native services
- Strong design skills to design more generic services that are extensible
- Strong coding skills developing high quality reusable code and providing effective code reviews
- Professional skills in communicating in English working with International teams
