About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance reseller technical skills
- Oversee a team of trainers and manage budgets
- Conduct thorough analyses of individual and team skill gaps
- Facilitate and coordinate technical training sessions for various audiences
- Implement and monitor feedback processes to measure training effectiveness
- Collaborate with management to align training priorities with business goals
Requirements
- 8-10 years of field or industry experience with site positioning or machine control systems or a higher education in a relevant field of study
- Ability to align training initiatives with overall business objectives
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and virtual training platforms
- Understanding of learning principles to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs and materials
