About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary leader and public face of the NC ROOTS Hub across any regions awarded to Trillium.
Oversee implementation of required initiatives, including perinatal health (including CHW/Doula coordination models), chronic disease prevention and management, and Food is Medicine programs.
Design and operationalize a sub-awardee model for hospitals, providers, and CBOs.
Oversee multi-million-dollar regional budgets and funding allocations.
Build trust across diverse stakeholders, including historically underserved communities.
Build and lead a high-performing regional team, including operations, Community engagement, program implementation, and data and analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, Medicaid, or large-scale community initiatives, including experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and/or overseeing large budgets and grant-funded programs. Must include minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR Master’s degree and three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, Medicaid, or large-scale community initiatives, including experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and/or overseeing large budgets and grant-funded programs. Must include minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside within North Carolina.
Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
