About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct supervision and support to QP level coordinators, licensed clinicians and certified peer support specialists.
- Monitor team’s quality of work and take corrective action as needed.
- Oversee complex cases ensuring sound decision making and wholistic client care.
- Support staff to effectively plan and coordinate member transitions from incarceration to the community.
- Collect data, assign cases, and conduct quality audits.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external systems including prisons/jails, probation/parole, BH/SU providers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within 75 miles of Trillium’s Southern Region, which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, and Scotland.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Preferred: Human Services or Criminal Justice degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising a team (2 or more employees).
- Minimum of one (1) year working in criminal justice or juvenile justice systems.
- Provisionally or fully licensed by the state of North Carolina as a LCSW, LPA, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS.
