About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct supervision and support to QP level coordinators, licensed clinicians and certified peer support specialists.
Monitor team’s quality of work and take corrective action as needed.
Oversee complex cases ensuring sound decision making and wholistic client care.
Support staff to effectively plan and coordinate member transitions from incarceration to the community.
Collect data, assign cases, and conduct quality audits.
Collaborate with internal departments and external systems including prisons/jails, probation/parole, BH/SU providers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside within 75 miles of Trillium’s Southern Region, which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, and Scotland.
Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred: Human Services or Criminal Justice degree.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising a team (2 or more employees).
Minimum of one (1) year working in criminal justice or juvenile justice systems.
Provisionally or fully licensed by the state of North Carolina as a LCSW, LPA, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS.
