About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct compliance monitoring, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Evaluate findings and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate resolution activities to address non-compliance and strengthen program integrity.
- Process assigned compliance cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities for internal stakeholders, providers, and vendors.
- Investigate allegations of non-compliance.
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience with mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders populations or field; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Preferred experience in public speaking, mediation and/or problem resolution, group facilitation, advocacy, regulations compliance, and project management.
- Preferred: CHC, AFHI, CFE, and fully licensed in the State of NC - LCMHC, LMFT, LCWS, LCAS, or RN.
- All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
