About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with long-range planning for enhancement and implementation of future business systems.
  • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications.
  • Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback.
  • Provide administrative support for scrum board.
  • Ensure cards are up to date and scrum tools are working well.
  • Collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders.
  • Perform regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification.
  • Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification.
  • Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Preferred: Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas. Preferred certifications include Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent.
