About the role
- Coordinate the administration of multiple financial functions and/or a major fiscal unit; review and ensure appropriate internal controls over fiscal functions and activities.
- Monitor and forecast administrative expenditures.
- Upload budget information to the accounting software for reporting and tracking.
- Support the development of the annual budget, the strategy, and performance management program, and various organization-wide process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Trillium Health Resources' annual budget and ensure compliance with related regulations, standards, and policies, and approve and monitor the expenditure of funds.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and six (6) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Remote within North Carolina. Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
- Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
- Preferred:
- Master’s degree or 5 years’ equivalent experience with financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with D365 Financial & Operations
