About the role

  • Oversee a broad portfolio spanning organizational development, talent management, workforce planning and analytics, leadership development, and total rewards
  • Ensure the organization has the people, structures, and leadership capacity to deliver on its mission during major redevelopments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and catalyst to senior leaders, including CEO and Board
  • Report to the SVP Talent and Chief People Officer and provide enterprise-wide visibility and partnership
  • Advance and evolve processes and practices to continuously strengthen THP’s approach to organizational development
  • Support teams through transformation and enable high-performing leadership and workforce

Requirements

  • Accomplished HR leader with depth across talent, OD, and workforce planning
  • Experience engaging confidently with senior executives and board members
  • Hands-on experience supporting teams through transformation
  • Strategic yet pragmatic; adept at turning data and insights into action
  • Experience leveraging new HR technologies and analytics to inform planning and decision-making
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
  • Superior relationship builder; ability to empower high-performing teams
  • Leadership experience in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and total rewards
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-changing healthcare environments
