About the role

  • Contribute to organizational culture of strong data integrity and quality
  • Assist with database maintenance, including data entry, updating, and clean-up, and evaluate data quality on an ongoing basis
  • Follow internal business rules and procedures established for the database
  • Other data entry duties as required

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on repetitive tasks
  • High level of accuracy when completing detailed work
  • Experience using a customer relationship management database would be considered an asset
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity, protecting THPF operations by keeping all information confidential
