About the role
- Customer acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
- Responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and taking the first step in identifying needs within the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-sized companies
- Independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and recruitment—from requirements analysis through to contract signing
- Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
- Build and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
- Conduct negotiations independently with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or recruitment
- Ideally you already have a network of decision-makers in accounting/controlling
- Strong communication skills
- Structured working style and excellent organizational skills
- Fluent German and very good English
- Knowledge of finance and accounting is desirable but not required
