About the role

  • Customer acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
  • Responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and taking the first step in identifying needs within the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-sized companies
  • Independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and recruitment—from requirements analysis through to contract signing
  • Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
  • Build and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
  • Conduct negotiations independently with our clients and interim managers

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or recruitment
  • Ideally you already have a network of decision-makers in accounting/controlling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured working style and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is desirable but not required
