About the role
- Manage and support Trifecta and client on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure
- Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Manage multi-site virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V / ProxMox)
- Maintain file servers, print services, and core routing services
- Provide technical administration of enterprise switches (Aruba, Fortinet, Unifi, Dell)
- Support hybrid hosting environments and cloud connectivity (site-to-site VPN, SD-WAN, direct connections)
- Configure and monitor cloud security and compliance controls
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support
- Document systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Primary residence within 2 hours of Allentown, PA
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of Network or Systems Administration experience
- 7+ years of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration
- Advanced networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, etc.)
- Experience in a Managed Services (MSP) environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
