About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer the company’s 401(k) plan
- Support annual benefits renewals and open enrollment
- Manage day-to-day PEO operations
- Support new company/entity setup
- Manage the unemployment claims process
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and people policies
- Support employee equity issuance processes
- Own administration of HR systems and tools
- Partner with the People Analyst on people reporting and analytics
- Support international expansion projects
- Own people-related projects across the employee lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in HR, People Operations, or related administrative/operations roles
- Exposure to or interest in benefits administration, PEO models, and HR systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, PEO platforms, or Notion/Slack a plus
- High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, dependable, and excited to grow within a small, high-impact People team
