About the role
- Define & Deliver Features: Write product specs, manage sprints, and ship features that solve real user problems across care, compliance, and reimbursement.
- Drive User Research: Interview SNF teams and translate insights into user flows, mockups, and MVP experiments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with clinical experts, engineers, and sales to prioritize and deliver against roadmap goals.
- Own Metrics: Define success metrics for features, monitor performance, and iterate based on usage and feedback.
- Support Product Marketing: Assist sales and customer success with product demos, onboarding tools, and materials.
- Prioritize Ruthlessly: Help focus the team on what matters most—what moves the needle for customers and the business.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or healthtech environment
- Are comfortable in ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving, low-ego teams
- Have experience with user research, product discovery, and iterative shipping
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates alike
- Know how to break down big visions into small, shippable steps
- Want to build technology that makes a real difference in people’s lives
