About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful and scalable security initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders to align on strategic goals and vision.
Establish and drive initiatives to strengthen the Tricentis security program.
Map requirements, plan solutions, and confer with experts.
Execute strategies to roll out projects aimed at strengthening security.
Develop executive reporting mechanisms for the measurement of InfoSec team performance metrics.
Report on the effectiveness of security processes to IT and InfoSec leaders.
Engage key stakeholders and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project closure processes and contribute to organization-wide procedure improvements using lessons learned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in project management.
1+ years in information security or IT auditing, working directly with IT partners.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Self-starter willing to support their project teams.
Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations
PMP, Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma experience and/or certifications preferred.
CISSP, CISA, or other security certifications preferred.
Experience in deployment of new security technologies preferred.
Proficiency in endpoint, network, cloud and application security preferred.
