About the role
- Collaborate with team members on real-world projects and initiatives
- Review and update contract data in the company’s CRM system and CLM system to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with GTM Operations and Strategic Analytics teams to build dashboards to track contract-related KPI’s
- Learn and apply industry best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and reviews
- Document findings, processes, and outcomes where applicable
- Present project results, learnings, and recommendations at the end of the internship
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business, Data Analytics or similar field
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Technologically savvy and comfortable learning and working in new applications and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or CLM systems (e.g., Evisort) is a plus
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
