About the role

  • Responsible for the procurement support of global company products and services
  • Processing purchase requisitions, PO’s, obtaining vendor price quotes for goods and services, negotiating pricing
  • Creating analyses review certificate of insurance documents, manage contract signatures
  • Obtain purchase documentation and be a liaison with vendors and employees to ensure purchased items are correct
  • Negotiate agreements with preferred global suppliers
  • Support negotiation strategies to leverage Tricentis’ position and strategic partnerships
  • Manage contract renewal terms and dates ensuring business owners are involved in advance
  • Analyze and Report on Supplier Performance
  • Manage and maintain the Purchase-to-Pay process
  • Provide training, education and leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ yrs. Procurement experience
  • Fluent English
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • College / University degree preferred
  • Prior experience working on professional services, consulting, marketing, technology, travel and other types of procurement engagements
