About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- High-Volume Sourcing & Hiring: You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for hourly workers at the site, targeting talent in the Netherlands and close to the German border.
- Process Transformation: You will design and implement structured, efficient recruitment processes at the site.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: You will act as a true consultant and partner to the local site leaders, working closely with them to embed best practices.
- Market Exploration: You will map out the local talent landscape for hourly workers, advising hiring managers on availability and competitive compensation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced TA Professional: You bring a solid track record at the mid-to-senior level, specifically in high-volume and blue-collar talent acquisition.
- Assertive & Consultative: You are highly comfortable navigating unstructured environments. You know how to push back, guide stakeholders, and build processes that work.
- Local Market Expert: You are based in the Netherlands or nearby in Germany and understand the local dynamics of hiring hourly staff.
