About the role
- Proactive Sourcing in Targeted Markets: You will own the top-of-funnel strategy for complex technical roles, looking beyond standard LinkedIn searches to map the tech ecosystems across India.
- Candidate Screening & Engagement: You won't just be working behind the scenes. You will get on the phone to conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for their technical baseline, communication skills, and culture fit.
- High-Velocity Execution: We move fast. You’ll keep the process highly structured, ensure high-quality pipelines are built quickly, and maintain momentum from day one.
Requirements
- Experienced Tech Sourcer: You have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Market Expert: You have deep, localized knowledge of the Indian tech talent market, and you understand the nuances, salary expectations, and talent pools of these specific areas.
- Confident Communicator: You are comfortable jumping on calls to screen candidates and can evaluate technical talent effectively without needing the hiring manager to hold your hand.
- Ready to Start Fast: You are available to kick off this project within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
