About the role

  • Proactive Sourcing in Targeted Markets: You will own the top-of-funnel strategy for complex technical roles, looking beyond standard LinkedIn searches to map the tech ecosystems across India.
  • Candidate Screening & Engagement: You won't just be working behind the scenes. You will get on the phone to conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for their technical baseline, communication skills, and culture fit.

Requirements

  • Experienced Tech Sourcer: You have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Expert: You have deep, localized knowledge of the Indian tech talent market, and you understand the nuances, salary expectations, and talent pools of these specific areas.
  • Confident Communicator: You are comfortable jumping on calls to screen candidates and can evaluate technical talent effectively without needing the hiring manager to hold your hand.
  • Ready to Start Fast: You are available to kick off this project within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
