About the role
- Own the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Lead development using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Define and enforce best practices across code, automation, and deployments
- Review code and support technical decision-making
- Work closely with product, business, and Salesforce admins to shape solutions
- Oversee integrations with external systems
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability
- Mentor and guide Salesforce engineers and admins
- Support releases and resolve complex production issues.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing
- Experience leading or owning complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)
- Strong knowledge of Apex testing, debugging, and deployment practices
- Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to make technical decisions and set best practices
- Experience mentoring engineers and working closely with stakeholders
- Comfortable owning features and driving delivery end to end.
