About the role

  • You'll own Potential Infraction Calls, High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts), and Refunded Call Reviews.
  • You’ll create Quality Infractions and make sure every rep completes the assigned training so issues never repeat.
  • You’ll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete script adherence without variation.
  • Daily, you’ll play a direct role in helping management reach KPI Benchmarks and lead the charge to completely eliminate all compliance infraction risk from Tribe.

Requirements

  • You’re analytical, organized, and love deep-dive audit and review work
  • You have a natural eye for compliance and enjoy protecting high standards
  • You’re passionate about health & wellness (you’ll be reviewing real customer health protocol calls)
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives with clear SOPs and zero-tolerance for deviation
  • You’ve got the tech setup: a fast computer, stable internet (Octane Speed 20,000+), a backup plan for outages, and a headset
  • Sales, quality, or audit experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person from scratch
