About the role

  • Design and develop system interfaces (file-based: JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX; API-based: REST)
  • Independently plan and execute data migrations into target systems (CRMs such as HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce; ERP systems and others)
  • Perform data mapping and transformations between heterogeneous systems
  • Implement error handling, logging and monitoring for robust integration processes
  • Develop custom coded workflow actions in HubSpot (Node.js)
  • Develop HubSpot serverless functions (Node.js)
  • Build HubSpot UI extensions (frontend React, backend Node.js)
  • Create technical specifications and documentation in Confluence

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer with demonstrable project experience
  • Technical must-haves: Strong Python
  • REST APIs
  • Common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
  • Error handling, retry logic, and logging
  • GitHub
  • Ideally also: Node.js
  • React
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce) or ERP systems
  • Webhooks
  • SQL / database knowledge
