About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end product launches from positioning and messaging through sales readiness and post-launch iteration
- Own the launch calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines
- Develop product-level messaging frameworks differentiated by persona and use case
- Maintain a current competitive view using Gong data and market signals, providing updates to sales, product, and leadership
- Build and maintain battlecards, competitive positioning materials, and objection-handling guides
- Use Gong insights to extract buyer language and deal patterns
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for sales on product, positioning, and competitive questions
- Track and report launch readiness and enablement adoption, including asset usage, sales feedback, and time-to-productivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus
- Understanding of long sales cycles and complex buying committees
- Proven ability to own product launches or enablement programs end-to-end with reasonable autonomy
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools
- Experience with Letter.ai or similar AI-assisted content/messaging tools is a plus
- Ability to review call recordings, extract buyer language and objection patterns, and translate them into positioning and enablement assets
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, including translating technical product detail into clear buyer narratives and sales assets
- Comfort working in a lean, high-growth environment where structure is still being built
- Must be based on the U.S. East Coast; preference for candidates outside the New York City metropolitan area
