About the role

  • Strengthens the front end of our sales pipeline by supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Pre-Sales function.
  • Helps qualify leads, prepare technical and commercial materials, and ensure smooth coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Solution Teams.
  • Processes, cleans, and segments lead databases to improve pipeline accuracy.
  • Supports inbound and outbound lead qualification through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Researches target accounts, decision-makers, and market intelligence to strengthen BDR outreach strategies.
  • Coordinates meeting scheduling and calendar management for BDRs and Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Gathers preliminary client requirements, business pain points, and technical context.
  • Prepares standardized pre-sales materials (presentations, product sheets, comparison tables).
  • Assists in drafting proposals, quotes, and solution summaries under supervision.
  • Updates CRM records, opportunity stages, and client activity logs.
  • Generates weekly performance and pipeline status reports.
  • Identifies gaps and suggests improvements to Sales SOPs and workflows.
  • Works closely with Marketing to align messaging and improve lead handoff quality.

Requirements

  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 93 / TOEIC 800+.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Excel familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to summarize information clearly and logically.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable learning new tools or technical concepts.
  • Able to balance independent work with collaboration.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing shifting priorities.
  • Results-driven with strong time management and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is nice-to-have.
  • Basic understanding of B2B IT concepts or SaaS industry trends is nice-to-have.
