About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth across the DACH region, with an initial focus on North Rhine-Westphalia.
  • Build and manage relationships with physiotherapy clinics, pediatric rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Educate physiotherapists, clinical directors, and rehabilitation teams on Trexo’s clinical value and implementation.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading rehabilitation institutions and key opinion leaders.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for clinics and professional partners.
  • Support clinics in evaluating Trexo for patient populations and operational integration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate and convert leads from conferences, events, and inbound interest.
  • Represent Trexo at trade shows, physiotherapy congresses, and pediatric rehabilitation events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets.
  • Provide market insights on reimbursement, procurement pathways, competitive dynamics, and customer barriers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Educational background: Degree or formal training in Physiotherapy (essential for clinical credibility in the German market).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive technologies.
  • Proven success in B2B or institutional healthcare sales.
  • Experience selling into clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland.
  • Valid driver’s license.
