About the role
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects while under general supervision
- Ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, client expectations, and contractual timeframes
- Leverage project management best practices to lead and manage domestic and international projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Demonstrate ownership of project deliverables
- Proactively monitor project progress and identify potential risks along the critical path
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines
- Build and enhance positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
- Mentor and coach Project Coordinators in process and quality relevant to day-to-day tasks and procedures
- Provide updates for change management initiatives, project management, and program implementation
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful client-facing project delivery
- Excellent relationship builder
- Proactive, strategic thinker
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve on the fly
- Self-motivated AND able to motivate others
- Competitive spirit
- Aware of and capable of navigating cultural differences
- Able to influence behavior in a matrix environment, across multiple functions within TreviPay and with the client
- Experience with understanding contracts

- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet both internal and external commitments
- 4-year university degree or related field experience required
- Mastery-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
