About the role

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects while under general supervision
  • Ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, client expectations, and contractual timeframes
  • Leverage project management best practices to lead and manage domestic and international projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Demonstrate ownership of project deliverables
  • Proactively monitor project progress and identify potential risks along the critical path
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines
  • Build and enhance positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
  • Mentor and coach Project Coordinators in process and quality relevant to day-to-day tasks and procedures
  • Provide updates for change management initiatives, project management, and program implementation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful client-facing project delivery
  • Excellent relationship builder

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve on the fly
  • Self-motivated AND able to motivate others

  • Experience with understanding contracts

  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet both internal and external commitments
  • 4-year university degree or related field experience required
  • Mastery-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
