About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your objective is to increase Trescal's market share by acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities.
  • You will conduct active market research, identify promising business opportunities, and establish contacts at trade fairs and specialist events.
  • You will maintain a structured pipeline of potential clients and be responsible for the regular management of prospects and existing customers in your territory.
  • You will prepare commercial proposals, present them confidently, and handle challenging negotiations or complaints.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding phase and, after a defined period, coordinate the handover of customers to Account Management or Inside Sales.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the industrial sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Northern Germany region
