Lead and oversee end-to-end IT procurement activities across hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost optimization, efficiency, and business continuity
Negotiate, draft, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and mitigate risks through KPIs and SLAs
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align procurement strategies with overall business needs
Drive budget planning, forecasting, and savings initiatives within IT procurement categories
Monitor IT market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to strengthen procurement strategies
Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies, governance, and ethical standards
Support cross-functional projects by providing procurement expertise and guidance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, telecommunication, cloud services, etc.)
Strong expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and process management
Proven track record of leading and developing procurement teams
Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing, budget planning, and cost optimization
Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to track IT market trends and incorporate innovations into procurement strategies
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
