About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Sales & Onboarding organization with reliable reporting by delivering weekly/monthly performance packs, funnel tracking, and productivity metrics
- Partner with key stakeholders to transform business questions into measurable hypotheses
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards that serve as the primary tool for real-time monitoring
- Develop analytical deep dives into conversion drivers, cohort analysis, and operational bottlenecks
- Support strategic decision-making and capacity planning by building robust data models
- Establish a single source of truth by standardizing metric definitions
- Drive operational efficiency through automation of manual processes and data pipelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- BSc or MSc degree from a reputable university preferably in an Engineering field
- 3+ years in analytics / business intelligence / sales ops analytics
- Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred), advanced in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and data governance mindset
- Proficiency in English.
