About the role

  • Proven ability to create standout content: promotional campaign copy (image & performance), CRM content (push, e-mail, pop-up), social media content, and more
  • Write compelling scripts for ads, ensuring they are engaging, fast-paced, and emotionally gripping
  • Strong understanding of the full production pipeline—from concept and scripting to post-production and distribution
  • Provide feedback on scripts from other writers and collaborate with the creative team
  • Managing daily operations of content planning, tracking and reporting
  • Being responsible for all visual materials on Trendyol app & website & consistently working on improvement of all visuals
  • Managing third party accounts, creative agencies, timelines and deliverables; finding new ways to constantly raise the bar
  • Monitors and analyzes trends, industries and markets
  • Meeting all internal and external visual & content needs of different teams such as product, marketplace
  • Tracking on new campaigns of competitors, market conditions and preparing competitive analysis both locally globally to shape plans and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Advertising, Communications, Literature, Screenwriting, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of copy writing experience in reputable creative agencies preferably in an international setting
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Data-driven and result-oriented
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Having strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
  • Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
  • A great initiative taker, ability to proactively initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution
  • Analytical thinker, high sense of responsibility and a practical thinker
  • Ability to conflict management, negotiation and persuasion
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategic positioning, advertising, PR, Corporate Social Responsibility, trade marketing, business planning
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Interest or knowledge in sports marketing is required
